We offer both beginner and advanced training for medical professionals and licensed estheticians. Our curriculum features comprehensive courses on Dermaplaning, Medical & Aesthetic Grade Chemical Peels, Microneedling, PRP/PBF Procedures, Cannula Injections, and PDO Thread Injections.

Training and certification are provided by one of North Carolina's leading trainers, Wendy Walker, LPN, CPT, LE, who brings over 12 years of industry experience, including more than 5 years of expertise in training with PDO, PLLC, and PCL Threads. Additionally, Gretchen Mallekoote, LE, CPT, contributes over 4 years of training in microneedling and dermaplaning, having also assisted and been mentored by Wendy.

Collagen Induction, PRP & Serums

Excellent class for medical professionals as well as aestheticians.

In this class you will learn all about collagen induction and how we achieve it.

Plus, we will discuss in depth, PRP (and its different forms) and other serum options to achieve collagen induction in our industry.

We will cover product differences, use with multiple modalities, and include a demonstration on making PRP.

Lunch will also be provided.

Descriptions of Trainings Offered

Beginner Microneedling / Dermaplaning

Designed for beginners looking to enhance their expertise in microneedling and dermaplaning, this training provides the essential knowledge and skills needed to perform these procedures proficiently. We will start by discussing everything you need to know about microneedling and dermaplaning, including the basics of wound healing and collagen induction, as well as the indications and contraindications for each technique. Additionally, we will cover pre and post care. Participants will then have the opportunity to perform the procedures on models.

**This training can be customized to focus solely on microneedling training or dermaplaning training if needed.

Advanced Microneedling & PRP

Designed for medical aesthetics, this program is excellent for nurses eager to dive into the aesthetic pool, as well as both new and seasoned aestheticians. We will start with microneedling training, covering indications, collagen induction, technique, and the remodeling of pigment and scars. Additionally, we will explore PRP, PBF, and PRF product differences, their use with microneedling, and injections.

PRP/PBF/PRF Injections

This program is tailored for medical professionals who are already injecting and wish to deepen their understanding of PRP and the innovative PureBioFill (PBF) process, which creates a filler-like consistency product while preserving platelets. We will cover the distinctions between PRP, PRF, and PBF, emphasize the significance of platelet concentration, and explore their use alongside various modalities and injections. Additionally, we will focus on the safety of injecting PRP and PBF in sensitive areas such as under the eye and in the tear trough region.

Cannula Injections

This class is ideal for new injectors looking for a safe way to get started. The class will begin with the didactics of basic facial anatomy and the art of facial sculpting. Then we will transition to hands-on injecting on our models, using PBF (PureBioFill) for injection, which is derived from the model's own blood and is regenerative with no risk of allergic reactions. All injectable supplies are provided. Models can be supplied if needed; however, if you bring your own model, you will receive a $250 discount on the class fee, and your model will enjoy a free service of PRP injection.

Beginner PDO Thread Injections

With a focus on smooth and twist threads, you will learn the uses for threads, ranging from basic collagen production to techniques for smoothing and tightening skin. This hands-on training will emphasize PDO thread injections specifically for the eyes, lips, sleeper lines, and jowls. Models and threads will be supplied by the trainer.

Advanced Thread Injections

For those injectors who have already completed the beginner PDO thread injection training and are now ready to advance their skills, including the use of barbed and sculpted threads for the purpose of lifting skin.
